Response: Because of the Company’s state of the art proprietary
software system, Persolve is able to quickly prepare and report
collection activity and/or account status on any and all assigned accounts.
The frequency and content of our reports, including gross and net batch
track analysis, is easily adapted to our clients’ reporting requirements.
Currently, Persolve routinely generates aged accounts receivable reports,
daily collection reports, client remittance reports, gross and net batch
tracking reports and numerous account analysis reports for managing both
pre- and post-legal accounts. Copies of these and other reports
are available, if requested.
a. Do you have the ability to create ad hoc reports?
Response: Our Company’s state of the art collection software system that, when integrated with our SQL database, provides Persolve with the ability to quickly and routinely generate ad hoc reports to meet our clients requests and needs.
b. Do you have the ability to send status reports electronically?
Response: Yes—We can easily adapt to most user defined formatted files for electronic transfers of data to/from our client’s computers.
a Can we set up remote on-line system auditing with your office? If so, how?
Response: Yes—The client can view pre-defined and agreed information and files using access via a Remote Desktop.
b Do you use a Web site for account related information? If so, how often is it updated? Can clients generate custom reports from the Web site?
Response: Not at this time.
